The September edition of KTWU’s I’VE GOT ISSUES  will address issues such as the debate over Common Core standards, teacher evaluations and look at the programs offered by CAPS, which are intended to provide an entrepreneurial approach to education, guiding high school students toward real-world experiences in various professions. IGI will also delve into the controversial topic of football and concussions and how this impacts youth and their participation in football programs. President Obama’s national address concerning Syria will air tonight in place of the previously scheduled two-hour presentation of AMERICAN MASTERS “Billie Jean King” on KTWU-HD, Digital Channel 11.1. The “Billie Jean King” program has been rescheduled to air on Monday, September 16 at 8 p.m.
