Bid Dollar Donations Highlight This Year’s KTWU LIGHTS, CAMERA, AUCTION 2013

Donations to KTWU Lights, Camera, Auction 2013! with values of $1000 or more are again a highlight of the upcoming  broadcast. This weekend, November 8 – 10, hundreds of items donated by local merchants and national sponsors will be auctioned off in support of local public television. Lights, Camera, Auction 2013! will be broadcast on KTWU-HD, Digital Channel 11.1.

On the final night, Sunday, November 10, beginning at 7 p.m., Lights, Camera, Auction 2013! offers up the most expensive donor valued items that have been collected. Many items from far and wide will again take center stage for what has come to be regarded as the most fun evening of the entire auction.

Viewers can tune in to the live on-air auction on KTWU. Lights, Camera, Auction 2013! airs on KTWU-HD, Digital Channel 11.1, on Friday, November 8 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. featuring great sports items. The auction then continues on Saturday, November 9 from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. with a variety of great and unique items. The auction fun concludes on Sunday, November 10 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with the Major Donor Items sell-off beginning at 7 p.m.

There’s excitement during the auction with online bidding. Bidders can go to the Auction Online Link. That will take viewers to the AUCTION 2013 site. Now anyone can pick a category such as Entertainment, Sports and more and view the items that have been donated to help local public television.

A great advantage is early bidding as anyone can visit the online site and start bidding right now, without waiting for the item to be previewed on television. Online bidding gives the opportunity to set a proxy bid and not having to make arrangements to be watching the live program, at the right time, to catch the right item.
