DOWNTON ABBEY, the Emmy® and Golden Globe® award-winning drama hailed by The Hollywood Reporter as “an absolute pleasure to watch,” continues on KTWU-HD/PBS, Digital Channel 11.1, on Sundays through February 23 at 8 p.m.

Downton Abbey Season 4 recently completed its run in the UK, where it drew 11.8 million average viewers – making it Britain’s highest-rated television drama in 2013. Earlier this year, more than 24 million viewers watched the third season of the series in the U.S., making it the most-watched drama in PBS history.

“Downton Abbey,” winner of six Emmy Awards, including the win for “Outstanding Miniseries or Movie,” depicts the lives of the noble Crawley family and the staff who serve them, set at their Edwardian country house in 1912. Change is in the air as three generations of the Crawley family have conflicting interests in the estate. Paul Giamatti makes an appearance alongside the beloved returning ensemble, including Dame Maggie Smith, Elizabeth McGovern, Hugh Bonneville, Michelle Dockery, Jim Carter, Joanne Froggatt, guest star Shirley MacLaine and many others.
