If you need help determining the fair market value of any premium received, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-866-5898 or e-mail

Tax receipts are mailed to donors in January of each year. If you would like to have your receipt earlier or need another copy for any reason, simply send an e-mail to and we’ll be happy to send you a duplicate.
