Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has issued its ruling on the Affordable Care Act, “I’ve Got Issues” reflects on the Court’s decision and its implications for Kansans. Bill Rich, a constitutional scholar with the Washburn University School of Law, and Jim McLean, vice president for public affairs with the Kansas Health Institute, review the ruling and discuss the decisions to be made locally in regard to such things as the proposed expansion of Medicaid. Kansas Insurance Commissioner Sandy Praeger describes the variables associated with the establishment of an insurance exchange for the state and how individuals will access it. The program is hosted by Maureen Mahoney.
